Chisato was born in Germany and has lived in London since 1993. She completed her postgraduate performance diploma with distinction at the RAM. She won many awards and scholarships throughout her studies in the UK and has played at important venues in London, including the Purcell Room, where she made her debut in 2007, the Wigmore Hall, St. John's Smith Square and in Tokyo. She is an active chamber musician and has performed with the Allegri String Quartet.
