Winner of the prestigious Pierre Fournier Award at the Wigmore Hall in 2007, Gemma made her concerto debut at age 16 when she won first prize at the European Music for Youth Competition in Oslo. Gemma has recently completed her studies at the RNCM where she was awarded the coveted Gold Medal. Gemma gave the highly successful Jacqueline du Pre Memorial Concert at the Wigmore Hall in 2008 and will also give the 2009 Concert with the Wihan Quartet.
Simon Lepper was educated at King's College, Cambridge and the RAM. Whilst a student he won every major prize for accompaniment, including the Gerald Moore Award. Simon is an official accompanist for the BBC Singer of the World Rosenblatt Song Prize and The Yehudi Menuhin Violin Competition.
